My stay at Sunshine Park Homes was quite frustrating. Initially, I encountered poor communication regarding my cancellation, which left me feeling frustrated as my total amount was charged despite a timely cancellation. While the location turned out to be farther from the beach than advertised and not safe to walk alone at night, the rooms lacked essential amenities like extra towels and bins. However, it was a relief that I didn't face issues like cleanliness or pests, which can sometimes happen at budget accommodations.

I had such a mixed experience at this place. On one hand, the location was nice, with a short walk to the beach and downtown. The rooms were clean and came with a little kitchen, which was convenient. However, service was lacking, and the walk to the beach was a bit longer than advertised—not to mention quite dark at night.
